The Sentinel is not flagging anything
Four things to check, in order. An empty list is sometimes the correct answer.

This deserves its own page because the working state and the broken state look identical: both are an empty list. Check these in order.
- Is it switched on? It stays off until an owner or admin turns it on in Settings, and it is never turned on for you.
- Does Stria know who the message is from? Mail is matched to a client by their email address, and a message from an address that is not on a client record is reported as unmatched rather than ignored — look for those in the list.
- Is there an agreed scope to check against? A project with nothing locked produces a finding that says exactly that, because there is no agreement for a request to be outside of.
- Has the allowance run out? There is a daily limit as well as a monthly one, and the panel says so when either is reached. Mail arriving after that is still filed, and examined the next day.
If none of those apply, the answer is the good one: the messages you forwarded sit inside what you agreed. Most client mail does, which is why an ordinary week produces nothing.
Note: A message that plainly is not a request — "thanks, looks great" — is filtered before anything is spent on it. That is deliberate, and it is what makes checking every message affordable instead of a cost per email.
Check the Sentinel setting — in your Stria workspace.
