My billable share shows a dash, not a percentage
The hours in that range pre-date the billable switch, so any figure Stria showed would be an artefact rather than a measurement.

Time entries only started carrying a real billable-or-not answer partway through Stria’s life. Before that, everything was recorded as billable by default — not because anybody said so, but because that was the default.
So a range reaching back into that period would read as almost 100% billable no matter how you actually worked. That is not a good result, it is the absence of one, and printing it as a percentage would be the most misleading thing on the page.
- Pick a more recent range — the current quarter or year usually has it.
- If only some entries pre-date the switch, you get the figure plus a line saying the real share is lower than shown.
Note: The share is of the hours you LOGGED, not of a working week. Stria does not know your capacity, and dividing by a number it never saw would give you a figure that moved whenever somebody edited a setting.
