My revision limit is not stopping anything
Almost always an unlocked scope, or an allowance of zero.

Two causes, in order of likelihood.
- What’s included is still a draft. The meter reads LOCKED records only, so an unlocked draft leaves the gate switched off. Lock it.
- The included-revisions allowance is zero, which means "no limit defined" rather than "no revisions allowed". Set it to the number your fee actually covers.
Note: If you set your defaults through the quick start and chose consulting or licensing, the allowance was deliberately set to zero — advisory work has no deliverable to revise. Change it if that is not your situation.
