Why is my booking rate missing or low?
It is measured over proposals that got an answer, and it is withheld entirely when too few have.

The rate is accepted proposals over DECIDED proposals — the ones accepted, declined or expired. Proposals still waiting for a reply are counted separately and shown beside it as "still out".
That is why it can look lower than you expected: a rate measured over everything you SENT counts yesterday’s proposal as a loss, which makes the current month look like your worst ever, every month.
- No rate at all means too few proposals have been answered in that range to make one mean anything. Three answers is not a rate.
- Widen the period and it appears once there is enough to say.
Note: Each currency is measured on its own, so a practice quoting in two currencies gets two rates rather than one blended figure.
