One link, no login for your client, and a record of exactly what they approved.

A review link is passwordless. Your client opens it, sees the current version, leaves feedback, and signs off. They never create an account and they never take a seat on your plan.
- Open the deliverable and share it.
- Send the link. You can preview exactly what your client will see first.
- Feedback arrives against the version it was left on, so a comment can never drift onto a later file.
- When they approve, the sign-off records who approved which version and when.
Note: Sign-off asks your client to confirm their email with a code. That is what makes the approval evidence rather than a claim, and it is why the record holds up in a disagreement months later.
