Have a report send itself every week

Pick a report, a cadence and where it should land, and Stria writes and delivers it without you opening anything.

The reports you can generate by hand can also run on their own. A schedule says which report, how often, and where it goes.

  1. Open Reports and use "Schedule a report".
  2. Choose the report type. A client recap or a project status needs you to say which project it is about; a business summary does not.
  3. Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
  4. Say where it lands: an email address, a Slack channel, or both.
  5. Save. Stria shows the next run date, and you can pause or delete a schedule at any time.

Note: Every attempt is recorded, so a delivery that failed is visible rather than silently missing. Pausing keeps the schedule and stops the sending, which is what you want over a quiet month.

Important: A schedule holds delivery details, so only workspace admins can create or change one. If saving is refused, that is why.
