Have Stria flag client email outside scope
Forward the message. Stria checks it against what you agreed and tells you before you reply.

Pricing a change works when you notice the change. The problem is that scope creep does not announce itself — it arrives in an email, phrased as a favour, usually on a Friday, and you answer it before you have thought about whether it was included.
So Stria can read the client mail you forward it. It checks each message against the scope you locked, and when something looks outside it you get told — with the lines of your own agreement it was measured against, and what the extra work is worth if that can be worked out.
- An owner or admin switches the Sentinel on in Settings. It is off until somebody does, on every plan.
- Forward a client message to that client’s Stria address, or set a filter in the mail app you already use so it happens without you.
- Within a few minutes the finding appears at the top of Scope and changes, and an email arrives if you have that event set to arrive straight away.
- Open the finding. Price it into a change order, mark it handled if you dealt with it in your reply, or say it was not an issue.
Important: Nothing is ever sent to your client. The Sentinel only reads, and only tells you — there is no automatic reply, and your client cannot tell that a message was checked.
Note: Detection is included on every plan, free ones as well, because nobody can judge whether this is useful from a description of it. Turning a finding into a signed change order in one click is the paid part.
