This is the thing Stria exists for. A client asks for "one more small tweak", and you need to know within a minute whether it is inside what you agreed.
- Paste the request — the email, the message, the comment.
- Stria compares it against your locked scope and proposes a call: in scope, partly in scope, likely out of scope, or needs clarification.
- You accept the call, override it, or send it back for more information. Your decision is the one that stands, and an override is recorded as yours.
- If it is out of scope, turn it into a priced change order. Once signed, the work folds into a new locked version.
Note: You do not need a project to start. If you are mid-job with an email in hand and nothing set up, the rescue path takes the email first and builds the record around it.
