How revision rounds are counted
What counts as a round, what happens when they run out, and why the meter might read nothing.

A revision round is one completed cycle of client feedback and resubmission. The included allowance comes from your locked scope, which is what lets the meter say "Round 2 of 3 included".
When every included round is used, the next change is a change order rather than a free revision. Stria says so at the point you would otherwise start the work.
Note: An allowance of zero means "no revision limit defined" and switches the meter off entirely. That is correct for advisory or licensing work, where there is no deliverable to revise, and wrong for most project work — so check it if the meter is not counting.
