Getting your data out
Exports, what they contain, and what happens if you leave.

Your records are yours and they are exportable. Clients, invoices, time entries and the scope record can be taken out as CSV, and generated documents download as files you keep.
Account data is kept for the life of the account. Deletion takes effect immediately when an owner confirms it. Signer personal information on approval records is redacted, while the integrity fingerprint, version number, and timestamp are retained so an approval cannot be silently unmade. Copies can persist in encrypted infrastructure backups until those backups age out, and we keep the records that tax, accounting, security, and legal-defence obligations require.
Note: Export before you cancel rather than after. It is the same data either way and it is a much less stressful five minutes.
