Plans, trials and limits
What each plan includes and what happens when a trial ends.

Paid plans carry a card-backed trial. During it you have the full plan; when it ends, billing starts unless you cancel. Your clients never need a seat, on any plan.
Downgrading never deletes anything. You keep your records and lose the ability to create beyond the lower plan’s limits until you are back under them.
