Build the form people fill in to hire you
Pick a starter set, edit the questions, choose what happens after they send it, then publish.

An inquiry form is a page you can link from anywhere — your website, your Instagram bio, an email signature. Someone fills it in without making an account, and what they send arrives as a lead in your pipeline rather than as an email you have to re-type.
Every form already asks for a name, an email and a message. The questions you add are the extras: budget, timeline, what the project is, whatever you would otherwise ask on a first call.
- On Get hired, press "Create new" and pick a starting point. Each one arrives with questions already written for a kind of work, and you can change or delete every one of them.
- Step one is Questions. Add, edit, reorder with the up and down buttons, and pick an answer type for each: a short answer, a paragraph, choose one from a list, choose any from a list, a number, a budget figure, or a rating from one to five.
- Step two is Next step. Leave it as a thank-you, or point people at your booking link so a warm lead can pick a time straight away.
- Step three is Details: a name for you to find it by, the heading and intro the person filling it in reads, and tick boxes for the two extras built in already — a phone number and a rough budget.
- Press "Publish form", then copy the URL and put it wherever people find you.
The preview beside the wizard uses the real question fields, not pictures of them — it changes as you type, and you can answer your own questions in it to check a dropdown has the right choices or a scale reads the way you meant. The desktop and mobile buttons change its width, which is the only thing that actually differs between the two.
Note: Nothing is saved until you press Publish. Closing the wizard leaves nothing behind, which is deliberate: a half-built form left lying around would be a half-built form with a live web address.
Afterwards you can edit a form’s questions in place, including while it is live. The URL keeps working and keeps collecting — you never have to throw a published link away to change what it asks.
- Unpublish takes a form off the air. The address stops answering immediately, for anyone who already has it, and Publish puts it back.
- Revoke is permanent. Use it when a link should never work again; you cannot bring it back, only build a new form.
- If you have lost the URL, press Rotate. Only a fingerprint of the address is stored, never the address itself, so it cannot be shown to you again — Rotate mints a new one carrying the same questions and settings, retires the old one, and you update wherever you published it.
Important: If you point the next step at your booking link, paste the full https:// address. Stria cannot fill it in for you — booking links are stored as a fingerprint too, so the address is one only you hold. Copy it from the booking link beside this panel.
