Stria and Asana or Linear

Push an approved item to the tracker your team already works in. One way, one item at a time.

Plans: Every paid plan, from $19 a month. See plans and pricing

Stria decides what is in scope and what it costs. It is not a task tracker, and it does not try to

replace the one your team already opens every morning. Handoff sends an approved item across as a

task so the work gets done where the work gets done.

What it does

You press the handoff on a specific item — an approved deliverable, or a signed change order — and

Stria creates a corresponding task in Asana or Linear carrying the title, the description, and a link

back to the Stria record.

What it deliberately does not do

  • It is one-way. Nothing in Asana or Linear writes back into Stria. Closing the task does not

close anything here, and that is intentional: the Stria record is the commercial one, and a project

tool marking work done is not a client approving it.

  • It is per item, not a sync. There is no continuous mirroring of a board, no bulk push, and no

background job reconciling two task lists. You choose what crosses over.

  • It carries no money. Prices, invoices and payment state stay in Stria.

Those bounds are why handoff carries no AI or email cost and is not metered — it is included on every

paid tier rather than sold as an enterprise feature.

Setting it up

Connect the provider in Settings → Integrations and choose the destination project or team. Until an

organisation connects one, the handoff control stays hidden rather than appearing and failing.

Which plans

Every paid plan, starting at $19 a month. It was originally scoped to the higher tiers and moved

down: a freelancer with one client and one board has the same handoff problem as a team with ten, and

the work is one-way and bounded either way.

webhooks and the API.
